Location: Champions Gym SouthWest - Unit 1D, Grampound Road Industrial Estate, TR2 4TB, Cornwall

Details: This competition is open to all lifters with priority to those in the South West division. Results from this competition can be used as qualifying totals for 2024 competitions occurring within 12 months, including BUCS 2024, English Championships and Open Championships. Capacity is 30 lifters, any additional entries will be placed on a waiting list on a first come first served basis.

Schedule: Weigh in times and flights will be announced after the closing date (18/02/2024).
