To enter this competition you must be a British Powerlifting member.

This is a benchpress and deadlift competition.

Competitors can enter either benchpress only, deadlift only, or both lifts.

The event will be limited to a total of 25 competitors overall and places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Entry fees:

Benchpress or deadlift only - £25 senior, £12.50 junior.
Both lifts - £40 senior, £20

The closing date is Wednesday 30th October 2019

WEIGH IN WILL BE FROM 12.30 TO 2PM, FOR BOTH FEMALE AND MALE LIFTERS, WITH LIFTING COMMENCING NO EARLIER THAN 2.30PM
